Strategic Initiatives

I. Build funding and support from corporate community and sponsors.

II. Establish a core membership base. Get in touch and in tune with WCAN members.

III. Expand and continue existing program and service offerings which provide transformational learning, professional development, and networking opportunities.

IV. Establish and leverage existing and new alliances and partnerships to create visibility for WCAN.

V. Establish and implement critical processes for operational efficiency.
